A geometric language, built to scale
Glyphhood is procedurally generated flat/vector-style digital illustration — not painterly, not photorealistic, not hand-drawn.
Procedural, geometric construction
Every Glyphhood is built entirely in code — flat shapes, gradients, and layered geometry, not hand-painted or photographic. This is a deliberate visual language: clean silhouettes, restrained color, and confident minimalism, rather than dense illustrative detail.
Layered trait system
Each token is assembled from up to nine independent layers — background, body, skin, clothes, mouth, eyes, headwear, accessories, and special effects — composited in a fixed order so every combination aligns correctly regardless of which traits were selected.
Compatibility rules
Not every trait can appear with every other. A set of explicit compatibility rules — exclusions and requirements between specific traits — prevents visually or thematically inconsistent combinations before a token is ever finalized.
Rarity system
Every trait carries its own configured probability, set before generation. A token's overall rarity tier is then determined by its total rarity score's position across the full collection, producing a controlled, intentional pyramid rather than an accidental one.
Guaranteed uniqueness
Every one of the 4,444 trait combinations is tracked during generation. No two tokens share an identical combination, and a visual-diversity check prevents long runs of near-identical neighbors even when they'd be technically unique.
Automated quality control
After generation, every image is checked for correct dimensions, transparency, and rendering integrity, and cross-referenced against its metadata — every image is confirmed to match its record before being considered final.
